Shawna Freeman RN, MSN - ARNP graduated from Ogden High School in 1997 before pursuing her passion for nursing. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from DMACC 2000 and has since dedicated her career to women's health in both hospital and clinic settings. Shawna holds a BSN and MSN from Graceland University and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Currently, she serves as the Nurse Practitioner/Medical Director for FFC, while also working at West Des Moines OBGYN and owning Hydrate and Heal. Outside of her professional life, Shawna enjoys camping, boating, and traveling with her husband Brad and their two boys in Indianola.

Corinne Fonseca RN, MSN-NE is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN), having earned both a BSN and MSN from Graceland University. She is a full-time faculty member in the Nursing Program at Des Moines Area Community College, where she shares her expertise and passion for the profession. In 2019, Corinne expanded her skills by obtaining comprehensive certification in aesthetic enhancements through Empire Medical Training, reflecting her deep interest in skincare and aesthetics. She is a proud cofounder and co owner of FFC Beauty. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children, as well as indulging in her love for reading and the great outdoors.

Jessica Creason RN, MSN-NE is a dedicated nursing professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coe College, graduated in 2007. After gaining valuable experience at Mercy Medical Center in the Post An Care Unit, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing Education and is now nursing at DMACC in Ankeny. She is a proud cofounder and co owner of FFC Beauty with a passion for aesthetics and skin care. Jessica loves serving her FFC Beauty clients! She resides in Indianola with her husband Jared and their two sons, Rush and Cash.
