Shawna Freeman - RN, MSN, ARNP
Shawna was born and raised in Iowa. After graduating from Ogden High School in 1997 she attended UNI and later received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Des Moines Area Community College in 2000. Shawna has worked in the hospital and clinic setting in women’s health prior to pursuing advanced practice. She earned her BSN and MSN from Graceland University in 2008 and became Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center later that year. Shawna has a special interest in genetics. In 2017 she obtained her ACOG Certificate of Women’s Health Genomics. Shawna received her comprehensive certification for the administration aesthetic enhancements through Empire Medical Training in 2019. Shawna and her husband Brad have two boys and reside in Indianola. She is very involved with her kids’ sports and activities. In her spare time, she enjoys biking and spending time with her family.
Corinne Fonseca - RN, MSN
Corinne was raised in Iowa and graduated from Lamoni High School in 2002. She later received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Graceland University in 2009. Corinne worked in a hospital setting in post-partum and newborn care until shortly after graduating with her Master's Degree from Graceland University in 2015. In 2016, Corinne became a full time faculty member for Des Moines Area Community College's Nursing Program. Since then, she has developed a passion for various areas of nursing, including dermatology and aesthetics. Corinne received her comprehensive certification for the administration aesthetic enhancements through Empire Medical Training in 2019. In her spare time, Corinne enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, reading books, and enjoying the outdoors.
Jessica Creason - RN, MSN
Jessica was raised in Iowa and graduated from Williamsburg High School in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Coe College in 2007. Jessica has worked, and continues to work part-time, in the post anesthesia care unit at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Jessica received her Master's Degree in Nursing Education from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE in 2013 and became a full time faculty member for Des Moines Area Community College's Nursing Program in 2014.Since then, she has developed a passion for various areas of nursing, including dermatology and aesthetics. Jessica received her comprehensive certification for the administration aesthetic enhancements through Empire Medical Training in 2019. Jessica lives in Indianola with her husband Jared and two sons Rush and Cash. In her spare time Jess enjoys running, reading, spending time with family, and winding down with a glass of wine.
